About The Position
This is a first shift position (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, M-F) for a Clinical Lab Scientist. The opportunity involves leading clinical and medical research studies, analyzing clinical trial data and publishing findings, ensuring compliance with medical research regulations, collaborating with healthcare professionals and research teams, and supporting drug and therapy development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (BA/BS)
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical lab setting
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and adaptability, combining a willingness to follow direction with the self-motivation needed to deliver consistent results.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices
Nice To Haves
- Histology or automated IHC experience preferred
- Experience with Ventana Ultra Platform is a big plus
- Histotechnologist certification (HT or HTL)
- Experience in clinical trials preferred
