About The Position
This position is eligible for a 7500 Sign On Bonus! Be part of the team that performs complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic and bacteriological testing in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of disease! This role requires Blood Bank Experience. Work with the latest technology and a top-notch interdisciplinary team to help support patients and the community. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will perform a variety of complex testing with the goal of detecting, diagnosing, and treating disease. The work you will be doing makes a tremendous impact! Requirements
- Blood Bank Experience required.
- Skills necessary to perform procedures contained in the laboratory procedure manual, including specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results.
- Demonstrated communication, organization, and prioritization skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred.
- MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
