Requirements
- HIGH SCHOOL OR GED
- ASSOCIATES
- Provide proof of formal Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant training is required (annual recertification is not required)
- PBT (ASCP) certification highly desirable.
Nice To Haves
- One year experience in phlebotomy/EKG is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Works under the general supervision of the laboratory section manager in support of the Clinical Laboratory Scientists/Medical Technologists and Technicians.
- Performs duties in the technical areas of the laboratory including specimen handling, inventory, maintenance and others as assigned.
