About The Position
BHcare is seeking clinical interns to assist with clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and case documentation while receiving professional supervision and training. This is an unpaid internship opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world clinical experience in a supportive environment within a mission-driven behavioral health clinic. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, make a real impact on individuals and communities, and develop essential clinical and case management skills.
Requirements
- Matriculated in a clinical university degree program
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments to support client treatment plans
- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions
- Complete documentation for all services provided
- Attend Dr./APRN rounds and clinical staff meetings
- Receive weekly one-on-one supervision to enhance clinical skills
- Participate in additional training and professional development opportunities
