About The Position

The Clinical Informaticist implements, maintains, and supports electronic health record platforms, including eCW, Medex, Cairs 2, Freed, and Up to Date. The role provides metrics to define and measure operational productivity and quality while ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and workflow efficiency. It also provides EMR technical support so patient care is documented as required, guides clinical staff in appropriate EMR use, and focuses on systems and process improvements related to EMR use. The position reports to the Electronic Health Records Manager. The position may be fully remote, with quarterly in-office attendance required.

Requirements

• Current California RN license.
• Three years of experience in management and operations of an outpatient clinic, RHC, CHC, or similar environment.
• Two years of experience with Electronic Health Systems.
• Previous experience with regulatory agency compliance.
