About The Position

This role focuses on the analysis, design, and evaluation of clinical information systems, including EMRs, to meet organizational needs and enhance patient safety and experience. The specialist will also establish and enforce information system policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Additionally, they will design and deliver training materials, validate clinician competencies, and onboard new providers to facilitate technology adoption. A key aspect of the role involves acting as an agent of change by engaging clinicians in collaborative work groups and promoting optimized digital workflows.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Previous imaging experience

Nice To Haves

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing preferred.
