About The Position
PharMerica is a closed-door pharmacy where you can focus on fulfilling the pharmaceutical needs of our long-term care and senior living clients. We offer a non-retail pharmacy environment. The Clinical Hub Lead sets goals for/with the team, creates action plans to reach goals, utilizes planning tools such as “To Do” lists and Outlook tools to stay on task, and delegates appropriately. This role prepares reports and analyzes metrics, posts stats on white boards, and monitors volumes for the pend queue, RX Allow, fax to Prescription Drug Plan, groups to ensure timely processing of all forms relating to prior authorizations and consults with Manager/Director. The Clinical Hub Lead implements/deploys operational enhancements to optimize team performance, and to increase team productivity and performance, while maximizing utilization of resources across the team. This role embraces a positive leadership style that promotes teaming, strategy and synergy. Performs other tasks as assigned.
