About The Position

As a Clinical Home Health Specialist, you will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services, building and maintaining referral source relationships. You will prepare business plans and maintain target lists, prioritizing accounts following the market sales plan. You will also gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities. You will report to a Market Executive of Sales. Use your skills to make an impact.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN/ LVN license required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors /Associates degree in Nursing or the equivalent generally preferred.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists.
• Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
