This mission-critical role will, under general supervision, provide software and hardware troubleshooting activities for the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) in academic and clinical settings. Jobs in this family are responsible for tier one and some tier two support and initial troubleshooting of UTHSCSA, hardware, service requests, triage and escalation of issues to the appropriate academic application teams, appropriate clinical application teams, and monitoring/updating the UTHSCSA ticketing system. This position will support our MSRH with a work shift of Monday - Friday, 3pm-12am. This position may require the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.
