Requirements

  • Serves as a role model in recovery, demonstrating effective coping skills.
  • Delivers approved curriculum through dynamic, engaging facilitation in groups held multiple times daily.
  • Supports members in building independence and progress in their recovery.
  • Uses best practices and recovery resources to ensure impactful group experiences.
  • Completes accurate documentation within 24 hours.
  • Meets all KPIs for quality care.
  • Collaborates with Member Care Teams and recommends support based on observations.
  • Participates in required supervision, training, and continuing education activities.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate groups using the assigned curriculum and schedule, adapting content as needed with approval.
  • Support members in setting recovery goals and creating plans for re-entry and success.
  • Observe group dynamics and member behavior, reporting concerns to clinical staff as needed.
  • Encourage member engagement through meaningful group activities and feedback-driven improvements.
  • Provide guidance on daily living skills, social skills, and community reintegration.
  • Complete accurate documentation within 24 hours and meet all KPIs for quality care.
  • Collaborate with Member Care Teams and recommend support based on observations.
  • Participate in required supervision, training, and continuing education activities.
