Requirements
- Serves as a role model in recovery, demonstrating effective coping skills.
- Delivers approved curriculum through dynamic, engaging facilitation in groups held multiple times daily.
- Supports members in building independence and progress in their recovery.
- Uses best practices and recovery resources to ensure impactful group experiences.
- Completes accurate documentation within 24 hours.
- Meets all KPIs for quality care.
- Collaborates with Member Care Teams and recommends support based on observations.
- Participates in required supervision, training, and continuing education activities.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate groups using the assigned curriculum and schedule, adapting content as needed with approval.
- Support members in setting recovery goals and creating plans for re-entry and success.
- Observe group dynamics and member behavior, reporting concerns to clinical staff as needed.
- Encourage member engagement through meaningful group activities and feedback-driven improvements.
- Provide guidance on daily living skills, social skills, and community reintegration.
- Complete accurate documentation within 24 hours and meet all KPIs for quality care.
- Collaborate with Member Care Teams and recommend support based on observations.
- Participate in required supervision, training, and continuing education activities.
