Clinical Field Training Manager
About The Position
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Clinical Field Training Manager to lead clinical onboarding, certification, and training initiatives across our nationwide network of TMS centers. This highly visible role combines hands-on field training with program development to ensure clinicians deliver exceptional patient care, maintain certification standards, and support operational excellence. Extensive travel is required to support clinics across the country. This is a remote, field-based role requiring up to 80% travel nationwide. Candidates located in Houston, TX; St. Louis, MO; Cleveland, OH; or Detroit, MI are strongly preferred.
Requirements
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- 2+ years of clinical training, education, or staff development experience.
- 2+ years of medical device experience.
- Ability to travel up to 80% nationally.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, or a related healthcare field.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, neuromodulation therapies, or medical device training.
- Familiarity with NeuroStar TMS and multi-site clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person onboarding and clinical training programs at Greenbrook centers nationwide.
- Facilitate clinician certification and competency assessments.
- Train staff on NeuroStar TMS therapy, patient care protocols, and workflow best practices.
- Coach and develop clinicians through ongoing feedback and performance support.
- Track training records, certifications, and LMS data integrity.
- Partner with Operations, Regional Leadership, and Clinical Leadership to drive training excellence.
- Support the development and enhancement of training materials, SOPs, and educational programs.
