About The Position

Natera is seeking a high-performing Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) for our North Fort Worth territory. This is a "business-builder" role that requires a sophisticated blend of high-level clinical consultation, persistent engagement, and the ability to win trust in a high-stakes environment. We are looking for a professional who thrives on the challenge of developing new business and expanding existing partnerships. The ideal candidate can lead with scientific credibility to evolve clinical habits, helping providers transition from legacy diagnostic options to Natera’s innovative technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (BS, Nursing, or related healthcare field preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of physician sales experience (Diagnostics, Women's Health, or Med Device).
  • A track record of successfully growing market share and opening new business in a highly competitive environment.
  • Ability to lead with clinical data to drive meaningful changes in provider behavior and "close" new business.
  • Self-motivated with a relentless drive for results and a high sense of urgency.
  • Experience navigating complex office dynamics and managing the transition from legacy laboratory relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, executing a plan to convert competitive business and expand Natera’s footprint across the North Fort Worth corridor.
  • Develop deep-rooted relationships with MFMs, OB/GYNs, and office leadership by serving as a credible clinical resource who understands the daily pressures of their practice.
  • Use a consultative approach to help providers shift their routine habits, highlighting the superior clinical value and patient outcomes provided by Natera's platforms.
  • Manage your geography with a business-owner mentality, focusing heavily on the Keller and North Fort Worth core while strategically covering Southlake, Grapevine, and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain a dominant and consistent presence in the field through strategic in-person education, meticulous account planning, and high-visibility follow-up.
  • Comfort and willingness to engage in professional dinners, educational programs, and after-hours events to solidify partnerships and foster long-term loyalty outside of the clinic.
