About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF / CFY) for the 2026–2027 school year in the greater Seattle area. We partner with school districts to place clinicians in supportive environments for skill development and career foundation building. We offer opportunities across various age groups and settings, including Pre-K, elementary, middle school, high school, transition programs, and specialized classrooms, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Our program is designed to help new clinicians feel confident and successful in school-based settings, providing dedicated mentorship, regular support from experienced leaders, collaboration meetings, guidance on school systems and IEPs, and access to resources and continuing education.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for or pursuing Washington State SLP licensure (DOH) and ESA certification
  • Passion for working in school-based settings
  • Strong collaboration skills and openness to learning and mentorship
  • Open to new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services in school-based settings.
  • Participate in mentorship and supervision throughout the fellowship year.
  • Collaborate with experienced school-based SLP leaders and the Clinical Support team.
  • Attend bi-weekly collaboration meetings for case support, problem-solving, and networking.
  • Navigate school systems, IEPs, evaluations, and caseload management.
  • Utilize therapy resources and materials.
  • Engage in continuing education opportunities.
