About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Maryland. We are a community of school-based SLPs dedicated to creating supportive and sustainable environments for clinicians to thrive. We partner exclusively with schools and offer a strong, well-supported CF experience. Our program provides a year-round salary of $60,000+, a Jumpstart Salary Program, a CF Summer Prep Series, caseload caps, dedicated mentorship, and school placements matched to the clinician's preferences.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Passion for working with students and collaborating with school teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students.
  • Collaborate with school teams.
  • Participate in regular CF team meetings for collaboration, networking, and problem-solving.
  • Receive ongoing 1:1 caseload support from the SLP Clinical Support Director.
