About The Position
AnthroMed Education is seeking Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Maryland. We are a community of school-based SLPs dedicated to creating supportive and sustainable environments for clinicians to thrive. We partner exclusively with schools and offer a strong, well-supported CF experience. Our program provides a year-round salary of $60,000+, a Jumpstart Salary Program, a CF Summer Prep Series, caseload caps, dedicated mentorship, and school placements matched to the clinician's preferences.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Passion for working with students and collaborating with school teams

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students.
- Collaborate with school teams.
- Participate in regular CF team meetings for collaboration, networking, and problem-solving.
- Receive ongoing 1:1 caseload support from the SLP Clinical Support Director.
