Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist
About The Position
AnthroMed Education is seeking passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist(SLP-CFs) for a full-time, onsite elementary school opportunitie in Reading, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers an exciting opportunity for new graduates looking to build strong clinical skills within a supportive, collaborative school-based environment. Clinicians will work with a blended elementary caseload supporting students across a wide range of communication needs, including speech-only services and more complex communication disorders. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania State SLP License
- Pennsylvania Educational Specialist Certificate
- Eligible to begin Clinical Fellowship Year during the 2026–2027 school year
- Passion for working with school-aged students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AAC is beneficial, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct speech-language therapy services
- Conducting evaluations and writing reports
- Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in IEP meetings and documentation
- Case-managing speech-only students
- Supporting students with Autism and low-incidence disabilities
- Utilizing AAC strategies and tools when appropriate
