About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists for anticipated full-time, school-based opportunities with the Christina School District for the 2026–2027 school year. We have been selected as a partner for the district and are currently anticipating multiple elementary school opportunities. While final school placements are still being determined, we're excited to begin connecting with upcoming graduates who are interested in launching their school-based careers in a supportive environment. If you're graduating with your Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and looking for a collaborative team that prioritizes mentorship and professional growth, we'd love to connect with you. This onsite opportunity will support students in Kindergarten through 6th grade with a variety of communication needs. Clinical Fellows can expect a blended elementary caseload and the opportunity to build valuable experience providing therapy, participating in evaluations, and collaborating with educators and families.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Upcoming graduate or recent graduate eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship
  • Eligible for Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
  • Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations
  • Interest in school-based practice and collaborative team environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with evaluations, IEP development, and school-based documentation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Support students with articulation, language, Autism, developmental delays, fluency disorders, and other communication needs
  • Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Build confidence managing a school-based caseload with ongoing mentorship and support
  • Develop your skills in service delivery, documentation, and educational collaboration
