About The Position

AnthroMed Education is hiring Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CFs) for the 2026–2027 school year in Colorado. Our school-based Clinical Fellowship program is intentionally designed for graduate SLPs entering their CF year. We provide strong mentorship, meaningful clinical support, and thoughtful school placements so new clinicians can build confidence and thrive during their transition from graduate student to practicing Speech-Language Pathologist. Your CF year is more than a requirement — it’s the foundation of your career. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Graduating in 2026 and preparing to begin your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Eligible for Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure
  • Interest in school-based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Passion for supporting students and helping them succeed

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting.
  • Work with a dedicated CF mentor aligned with clinical interests and school setting.
  • Receive ongoing 1:1 support from the SLP Clinical Support Director.
  • Participate in bi-weekly SLP team meetings focused on mentorship, collaboration, and case consultation.
  • Manage caseloads designed to support early-career clinicians.
  • Navigate ASHA requirements, documentation, and the full CFY process.
  • Collaborate with experienced school-based SLPs.
  • Participate in the JumpStart Salary Program to earn pay before the school year starts.
