About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Columbia, Maryland for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite opportunity will support students in a Pre-K through 5th grade setting with a variety of communication needs. The role includes a blended caseload with students presenting with articulation disorders, language delays, Autism, and other communication challenges. This is a full-time, in-person position for the 2026–2027 school year.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Upcoming graduate or recent graduate eligible for Clinical Fellowship
• Eligible for Maryland SLP licensure through the Maryland Department of Health
• Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations
• Interest in school-based practice and collaborative team environments

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Support students with articulation, language, Autism, and other communication needs
• Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Build confidence managing a school-based caseload with ongoing mentorship and support
• Learn how to navigate service delivery, documentation, and collaboration within a school setting
