About The Position
Sentara is hiring a Clinical Exercise Specialist for Clinics and Outreach. As a Clinical Exercise Specialist, you will work under the direction and guidance of a licensed clinician, providing quality exercise and health education for patients, assuring a safe, pleasant, and professional atmosphere. The therapist administers therapy treatments under the direct supervision of a licensed leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Recreational Therapy, Physical Education, or Clinical Exercise Physiology.
- BLS within 60 Days of Hire
- 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

- Provide quality exercise and health education for patients.

- Administer therapy treatments under the direct supervision of a licensed leader.
