About The Position

This role involves leading virtual pulmonary rehabilitation sessions for patients managing COPD and related chronic lung conditions. The ideal candidate will possess clinical rigor, be comfortable with remote care delivery, and be genuinely invested in patient outcomes. This position is 100% remote and can be worked from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

• Work with autonomy in day-to-day caseload
• Communicate clearly with patients and care team, translating clinical detail into plain language and precise documentation
• Quickly pick up new tools and adapt to technology issues during sessions to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Clinical decisions guided by evidence-based practice (ATS/ACSM/AACVPR standards)
• Make sound clinical judgment calls even when a situation doesn't match the textbook case

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Exercise Physiology (clinical track)
• 2+ years of experience in pulmonary or cardiopulmonary rehab (virtual or in-person)
• Current BLS certification
• Willingness to complete AACVPR PR certification (within 3 months) and ACSM-CEP certification (within 6 months)
• Strong communication and technology skills
• Experience with virtual PR
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging virtual pulmonary rehab sessions
• Develop and tailor individualized exercise prescriptions and treatment plans
• Monitor and adjust patient programs based on progress and clinical status
• Educate patients on breathing techniques, energy conservation, and self-care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to program improvement
