FPG Clinical Excellence & Operations Supervisor (LPN or Medical Assistant)

About The Position
This leader has oversight of the development and implementation of FPG-wide overarching clinical protocols, processes, and procedures, providing standardized clinical staff training, as well as monthly clinical audits and activities of multiple FPG locations. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior and may perform as a Clinical Float as needed. Will consider an LPN or Medical Assistant for this role.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Five (5) years' experience in a healthcare or physician office setting.
- BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
- FL LPN: FL Licensed Practical Nurse OR Current/active Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant credential or EMT license
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
