About The Position

The Clinical Educator provides continuing education support for nursing and allied health professionals. Provides initial and ongoing orientation and training to Nursing Services staff. Assists with hospital competency assessment and performance improvement activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.
  • BLS Instructor certification required.
  • Knowledge of adult theory and strategies.
  • Well-developed oral, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Five years clinical experience preferred.
  • ACLS and PALS Instructor certification preferred.
