About The Position

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Clinical Educator at a 70+ bed hospital in AZ. This role is crucial for staff onboarding, orientation, competency management, and ensuring department-specific educational training and AHA life safety compliance. The educator will also be involved in implementing evidence-based practice (EBP) and research, along with providing other educational support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
• 3 years of acute care nursing practice such as ICU, PCU, ER, or PACU/post-op recovery
• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical education and staff professional development within the past 2 years
• RN License any state
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certification from America Heart Association
• EMR experience and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
