As our Facility-Based Clinical Educator, you will assume accountability for providing professional development to positively influence the quality and cost-effectiveness of patient care, demonstrating expertise in clinical nursing and a passion for ongoing support and development for clinical associates. Every day you will develop, implement, and evaluate facility-level education programs, including coordinating orientation, ongoing staff competency, and continuing education. You will apply policies, procedures, and regulations, and collaborate with leadership, educators, and providers to enhance patient care, acting as an educator, facilitator, consultant, researcher, and change agent. To be successful in this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with demonstrable expertise in clinical education, strong program development and evaluation skills, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to effectively collaborate and influence to drive continuous improvement in patient care quality and cost-effectiveness.
