The PACE Clinical Educator is critical for providing orientation, training, education, competency validation, and professional development for clinical and non-clinical personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and regulatory compliance across the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). In this role you will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs supporting new hire orientation, ongoing staff development, interdisciplinary team effectiveness, competency evaluation, survey readiness, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with CMS, state Medicaid, and organizational requirements.
