The Arkansas Center for Women's and Infants Health (ACWIH) at UAMS is seeking a visionary leader to lead its statewide clinical education initiatives in obstetric emergency preparedness and provider readiness. This role involves directing a distributed team of regional nurse educators, simulation faculty, and education staff to deliver high-quality, consistent training across EDs, EMS agencies, outpatient clinics, and hospital partners throughout Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and operationally focused leader with a proven track record in multi-site program management, simulation-based education, and workforce development. You’ll excel at aligning curricula with national standards and regulatory requirements, and can translate ambitious goals into actionable plans. You bring strong people leadership, budget stewardship, and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for improving obstetric and neonatal outcomes across Arkansas.
