This position contributes to the planning, implementation, and management of training programs to promote quality patient care and achievement of corporate goals, with adherence to policies and procedures using generational learning strategies for all specialties and modalities. The role aligns with regional, group, and corporate business-related goals, focusing all programs towards achieving clinical quality goals and improving patient outcomes. It involves serving on cross-functional teams, assisting in the development and management of standard education programs, and reporting on their impact. The position supports home therapy modality growth, integrated learning continuums, and collaboration with senior managers to improve education programs and training outcomes. It also includes competency evaluation of clinic staff, collaboration with the coordinated care team, support for strategic integrated learning plans, and developmental training programs for management and new managers. The role also supports preceptor/mentor programs, maintains current knowledge of company products and industry issues, monitors expenditures, and participates in peer evaluations. Direct supervision of staff is responsible, including hiring, coaching, counseling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
