About the Role: The Clinical Education Manager (CEM) supports HuFriedyGroup's academic institutions business by delivering cutting-edge research and education to thought leaders and clinicians within dental schools as well as dental hygiene and assisting programs. The CEM will drive revenue and margin growth within an assigned multi-state territory/geographic region of the Academic & Education Sales team. This is accomplished by meeting yearly sales goals, driving growth in market share from competitors, and assuring all customer experiences are positive, noteworthy, and exceeding expectations. The CEM is also directly responsible for providing education programs and developing brand awareness and loyalty. The CEM is responsible for developing, understanding, and managing customer relationships and marketplace dynamics and setting the stage for selling HuFriedyGroup (HFG) value. They will balance their time selling our established line of products as well as all new product introductions. The CEM owns the relationship with key academic personnel including, but not limited to: deans, clinical chairs, faculty members, purchasing and procurement agents, sterilization employees, and continuing education employees. They are also a key influencer to clinical students (end-user customers) of various levels including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, orthodontists, periodontists, and all other specialty clinicians. The CEM is a subject matter expert in infection prevention, clinical practices & policies, and a consultative partner who provides solutions for customers. The individual must be able to effectively utilize dental terminology as it relates to daily practice operations, procedures, and all compliance-related work.
