The Role Midmark is seeking a Clinical Education Manager to provide clinical expertise and operational leadership across our medical education programs. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling customer-facing clinical education through a nationwide network of 1099 clinical training vendors and internal clinical education resources. Reporting to the Director of Service Operations—with clinical oversight from the Chief Medical Officer—you will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of pre- and post-sales customer training while partnering closely with Service Operations, Sales Enablement, Product, and Learning & Development teams. What You’ll Do Clinical Education Leadership Lead and manage a nationwide network of 1099 clinical training vendors, including onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluation, quality assurance, and contract compliance. Lead and manage internal clinical education resources across delivery modalities, ensuring alignment with standardized curricula and clinical leadership direction. Serve as a clinical subject matter expert (SME) to support customer training challenges and successful deployments. Training Delivery & Quality Oversee execution of pre- and post-sales customer training for Midmark medical products, including ECG, vitals, spirometry, and workflow integration. Ensure training content reflects current education standards, product updates, and approved curricula. Develop and maintain SOPs and delivery protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, outcomes, and assessments, implementing continuous improvement plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Service Operations and Sales Enablement to align education delivery with product installations, customer timelines, and regional needs. Collaborate with Enterprise Learning & Organizational Development to build scalable education solutions, including eLearning and blended learning programs. Support Product Development teams in an advisory role for new product readiness. Partner with Regulatory and Legal to ensure compliance with clinical education documentation and standards. Insight & Improvement Collect and communicate customer insights and educator feedback to inform product, marketing, and clinical initiatives. Participate in cross-functional projects, process improvement efforts, and strategic planning initiatives. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a clinically relevant field required. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiac or primary care environments, with strong exposure to ECG, vitals, and spirometry. 2+ years of experience managing field-based educators or third-party vendors preferred. Experience with EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical workflow optimization preferred. Skills & Competencies Proven ability to manage contract educators and remote teams. Strong operational, logistics, and scheduling management skills. Deep understanding of clinical education methodologies and adult learning principles. Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. Confident, customer-facing presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and scheduling tools. Collaborative leadership style with strong cross-functional influence. Supervisory Responsibilities Lead and direct the work of 1099 clinical educators and internal clinical education resources, with authority over deployment and performance management decisions.
