The Clinical Education and Compliance Nurse leads clinical education, staff competency development, regulatory compliance monitoring, and quality assurance activities across CADES’ adult residential and community-based programs. This position is the organization’s primary clinical educator and compliance resource, ensuring staff are trained, competent, and compliant with applicable regulations, organizational policies, and best practices. The Clinical Education and Compliance Nurse collaborates closely with the Director of Nursing, program leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality healthcare services, reduce clinical risk, improve outcomes, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role trains new staff with clinical skills, coordinates annual training requirements, provides remedial education and competency support, and ensures adherence to 6400 regulations and healthcare standards.
