This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and proven successfully developed skills in human services, crisis intervention, case coordination or discharge planning. The ideal candidate will possess well-developed critical thinking skills, knowledge and understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals of all disciplines. Outstanding professional, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to problem solve and meet daily deadlines. Multi-tasking and task management are essential, along with basic computer knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field
