Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. Our programs - spanning detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services - have transformed the lives of thousands to date. This role is for a Clinical Director for their newest Outpatient facility, opening in Baton Rouge, LA.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
- Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LSATP)
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree (or higher) in related field
- 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting
Responsibilities
- Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
- Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
- Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
- Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
- Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
