About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. They offer an unrivaled, evidence-based clinical curriculum and highly individualized care, spanning detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The company is seeking a talented, passionate clinician to join their family. This position is for a Clinical Director for their newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, opening in North Chesterfield, VA.

Requirements

• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LSATP)

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting
• 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
