About The Position
The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading clinical operations and teams, ensuring high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the practice. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Active veterinary license in good standing.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a veterinary setting.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in veterinary practice management software.
Nice To Haves
- Specialization in a particular area of veterinary medicine.
- Experience with multi-site veterinary operations.
- Advanced training or certification in leadership or business management.
