Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Active Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
  • Minimum of 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Clinical interest in orthopedics, pelvic health, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation
  • Organized, self-directed, and collaborative leadership style
  • Passion for mentoring clinicians and building high-performing teams

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for pelvic health experience or advanced training
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Treat patients in an outpatient setting while guiding clinical direction
  • Mentor, coach, and develop physical therapists and PTAs
  • Support and expand specialty services, with a strong emphasis on pelvic health
  • Ensure high standards of care across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs
  • Drive clinic growth through strategic planning, community engagement, and performance improvement
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and report key clinical and operational metrics
  • Collaborate with ownership to foster a positive, high-performing clinic culture
