What We Offer: Sign on bonus available of $2,500-7,500 based on experience Positive and supportive work culture Ethical and evidence based practices Competitive salary and sign on bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health/Dental/Vision/Mental Health benefits, Paid Time Off, Paid Company Holidays, and Retirement Plan Opportunities for continued professional growth and development Manageable caseloads and consistent schedules Opportunities to get involved with and support the autism community Team committed to utilizing the latest research, new techniques and your ideas Leadership team of BCBAs who are invested in your success and our high quality clinical standards Opportunities to work with a variety of clients and in a variety of settings Your Next Opportunity: Provide clinical support, guidance, and direction to assigned team of BCBAs and therapists Lead weekly 30 minute meetings with BCBAs to review authorization utilization and schedules to ensure full utilization and caseload targets are met Review, analyze and provide annual written feedback to leadership on BCBA performance, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and professional development needs for each BCBA Lead quarterly check in meetings with assigned team of therapists for coaching and support Provide support and guidance on parent concerns, attending meetings as needed to ensure client satisfaction and relationships are upheld Maintain ongoing master therapy schedule for assigned clients and team Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring Conduct family tours and help drive enrollment Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of therapy spaces Attend and participate in weekly meetings with Director Lead monthly meeting to ensure BCBAs are meeting quality standards, insurer compliance, and ethical standards Provide coaching and support on authorization request phone calls Provide daily BCBA support & guidance with the support a Senior BCBA Conduct monthly audits with the support of a Senior BCBA Conduct BCBA supervision
