Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or license-eligible)
Strong interest in orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation
Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leadership style
Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team

Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure exceptional patient care
Maintain a full outpatient caseload
Lead, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs
Ensure clinical excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs
Drive clinic growth through strategic planning and performance optimization
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Track and report key performance metrics
Partner with ownership to foster a positive, high-performing clinic culture
