Responsible for the oversight of clinical services in the Residential programs. FSRI has 4 residential intervention programs (Semi-Independent and Assessment & Stabilization) that serve youth ages 13-20. Provides supervision and management to clinicians across the programs. Ensures high quality evidence based and trauma informed care that meets resident’s needs and contractual standards. Ensures fidelity to the TST model through training, supervision, and program development. Builds and maintains positive relationships with the Department of Children, Youth and Families. Assists Residential Administration with continuous program development, implementation and improvement. Carries clinical cases as necessary. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed.
