We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee and direct the development of all client treatment plans and clinical programming for our Johns Creek, GA program. This critical leadership role is responsible for clinical supervision, program direction, team development, quality assurance, and financial management across designated sites.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) and active professional licensure in Mental Health, Rehabilitation Health, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in brain injury or neurological rehabilitation required
• Valid driver’s license with a record of responsible driving
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the ongoing clinical management, overall assessment, and individualized treatment planning for all clients across Georgia programs.
• Review client files prior to intake evaluations, make final admission approvals, conduct intake evaluations, and manage smooth internal transfers and discharges.
• Coordinate consulting physicians with Residential Case Managers (RCMs), direct specialized therapy services, and approve required clinical services in residential programs.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison to families and funding sources to provide education, justify treatment necessity, and deliver progress updates.
• Share on-call coverage with the Program Director, maintaining immediate availability for crisis situations.
• Sign off on final versions of all assessments, reports, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with governing regulatory standards (CARF, state licensing agencies, etc.).
• Provide direct clinical supervision to therapists and specialty staff, including supervising psychologists working toward licensing hours.
• Manage performance appraisals for RCMs and therapists, providing input on clinical competencies across all site staff.
• Foster an inclusive, equitable work environment. Recognize team accomplishments, support certification goals, and build leadership skills through Collage’s leadership retreats.
• Drive productive conflict resolution, maintain open communication on policy updates, and build collaborative relationships at all organizational levels.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to evaluate, refine, and build effective systems, workflows, and new service offerings.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and Regional VP of Clinical Operations to develop and monitor the annual operating budget.
• Participate in senior leadership strategy meetings and deliver at least two professional presentations per year (via conferences, publications, or community in-services).
