Clinical Director - SUD Facility
About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director for its newest Detox and Residential treatment facility in Ft. Collins, CO. Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with seventeen locations across seven states, known for its evidence-based clinical curriculum and individualized care. The facility offers detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The Clinical Director will provide daily clinical leadership and supervision, ensure the execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap, cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team, oversee client engagement and morale, and ensure timely client documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
- 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred
- 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred
- Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado- LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT
Responsibilities
- Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
- Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
- Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
- Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
- Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
