Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to join our Hamilton clinic. This leadership role emphasizes support for the clinician, aiming to reduce administrative burdens like endless emails, chasing RBTs, and excessive paperwork. Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support within the Hamilton clinic.
• Focus on clients and supervision, with liaison assistance for scheduling and communication.
• Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
• Manage reasonable, high-quality caseloads to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Potentially serve as a Dedicated BCBA Supervisor for every BCBA.
• Engage in a collaborative team culture.
• Support growth opportunities for staff, with clear pathways to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.
