About The Position

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professional to join their Fresh Start and Turning Point Program teams. The Fresh Start program is a family-focused residential addictions treatment program for mothers and their children, helping mothers recover from opioid and other drug addictions while allowing them to remain with their children during treatment. The Turning Point program serves adult men in a residential treatment setting. This position is responsible for the overall program, clinical oversight, and monitoring of clients at the assigned location, ensuring services align with the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana and meet contract, funding, and/or accreditation requirements. Maintaining accurate program records for agency, funding, and billing standards is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Master's degree with independent licensure required (LCSW or LMHC).
Previous supervisory and management experience required.
Ability to supervise program staff, make site visits, conduct individual and group interventions, maintain programming, assess needs, make referrals, develop resources, and maintain good records.
First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained.

Nice To Haves

Preferred dual license with LCAC.
