About The Position

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is seeking an experienced clinician to serve as the Clinical Director for their Tampa office. This role offers a stable, salaried position with benefits, moving away from the fee-for-service model. The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership, mentor clinicians, manage a sustainable caseload, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Current Florida Board–approved Qualified Supervisor (QS) designation in at least one discipline (clinical social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy).
  • Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of outpatient clinical experience, with strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient therapy with a sustainable personal caseload (approximately 15 sessions per week).
  • Serve as Qualified Supervisor for registered interns and associate clinicians, delivering consistent individual and group supervision.
  • Mentor and support the Tampa clinical team through consultation, professional development, and culture-building.
  • Own day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, space utilization, vendor coordination, compliance, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new clinicians as the office continues to grow.
  • Uphold excellent documentation, ethical standards, and clinical quality across the team.
  • Partner with leadership on office performance, growth strategies, and continuous improvement.

  • Base Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 per year (DOE), plus bonus potential.
  • Paid Time Off: Up to 13 days in year one + 11 paid federal holidays; increases to 26 days annually thereafter.
