About The Position

Townsend Recovery Center is looking to hire a Clinical Director. This role provides daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function. The Clinical Director will ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap, cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development. This role will also oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere. Additionally, the Clinical Director will ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary. Townsend Recovery Detox and Drug Rehab Center is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol medical stabilization and inpatient rehabilitation services. Requirements

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/ residential setting preferred
• 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/ dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as clinical director in Louisiana (PsyD, LCSW, LAC, LMFT, LPC etc.)
