POSITION SUMMARY Under the direct supervision and guidance of the COO the Chief Operating Officer. The mental health professional will serve as the Clinical Director of the mental health program. The Clinical Director responsibilities will include managing the clinical operations of the program, providing clinical consultation and guidance to the clinical team, managing intake and admission of program participants, and maintaining the program’s census and participant discharges. Responsible for development and training of new and existing staff, onboarding and offboarding of MHRS staff. Responsible for the growth and financial viability of the program under MHRS programs. He/she will also ensure the completion of all clinical documentation, and work cooperatively with other team members to ameliorate the symptoms of those assigned to his or her caseload. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
