Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Director of Treatment Services at The Duval Youth Academy in Jacksonville, Florida. Duval Youth Academy is a 28-bed, all-boys program. Our center is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential. Requirements

Possess FL License; LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Master’s degree
At least 5 years prior experience working with children in a residential setting
Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical.
Have a passion to work with and help children.
Be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Experienced behavioral health administrator who understands the complexities of residential treatment and the youth population.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership, oversight, and management of all clinical services.
Ensures delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based treatment while maintaining full compliance with Florida Department of Health Services, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Serves as the primary clinical leader for the programs.
Provides clinical supervision in support of Rite Path’s mission and values.
Serves as the senior leader of the overall strategic execution and service delivery of clinical, case management, medical, and regulatory performance of the program.
Provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, clinical excellence, and positive outcomes for youth and families served.
