Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Director of Treatment Services at The Duval Youth Academy in Jacksonville, Florida. Duval Youth Academy is a 28-bed, all-boys program. Our center is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential. Requirements

  • Possess FL License; LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Master’s degree
  • At least 5 years prior experience working with children in a residential setting
  • Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical.
  • Have a passion to work with and help children.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced behavioral health administrator who understands the complexities of residential treatment and the youth population.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, oversight, and management of all clinical services.
  • Ensures delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based treatment while maintaining full compliance with Florida Department of Health Services, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Serves as the primary clinical leader for the programs.
  • Provides clinical supervision in support of Rite Path’s mission and values.
  • Serves as the senior leader of the overall strategic execution and service delivery of clinical, case management, medical, and regulatory performance of the program.
  • Provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, clinical excellence, and positive outcomes for youth and families served.
