About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Director at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas. AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. We welcome ALL who are passionate about making a difference! So, come as you are and grow with us. Pay: $90,000/annually; can increase based on education and experience. Requirements

  • Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
  • Able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
  • Meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership by overseeing mental health services
  • Supervise clinical staff
  • Ensure the development and implementation of quality treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students' behavioral and mental health needs
  • Monitor youth receiving psychotropic medications
  • Provide guidance on therapeutic interventions that promote positive outcomes
