Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience in ABA therapy
• Experience with QA Systems & Goal Banks

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support within the Hamilton clinic.
• Focus on clients and supervision, with assistance from a BT Liaison team for scheduling and communication.
• Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
• Manage reasonable caseloads to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision to BCBAs.
• Engage in hands-on clinical direction.
• Foster a collaborative team culture.
