About The Position
Flywheel is hiring a Clinical Director to guide our team, shape clinical quality, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients we serve. This is a leadership role where you can build, lead, and leave your mark. The position is fully center-based in Atlanta, GA, with no home visits or commuting between locations. The role offers real clinical support with a dedicated BCBA Supervisor for every BCBA, an engaged, hands-on Clinical Director, and a collaborative team culture. A BT Liaison team handles scheduling and communication, and QA Systems & Goal Banks are provided to reduce busywork. Caseloads are manageable and high-quality, allowing focus on meaningful clinical outcomes. There are clear pathways for growth to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
