Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligible)
Prior outpatient experience required; leadership experience preferred
Strong interest in clinic leadership, growth, and team development
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership of outcomes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for building a positive, high-performing culture

Nice To Haves

Experience or interest in vestibular, balance, or pelvic health is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic
Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining high-quality care standards
Hire, mentor, and develop clinical staff as the team grows
Drive clinic growth through patient experience, referrals, and community engagement
Establish and refine clinic workflows, systems, and culture
Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and performance goals
